Q: When will my product(s) be delivered?
A: We process & pack your orders within 1-3 working day(s), depending on the season. It may take longer during new product launch & long holidays. Right after we send out, we will provide tracking code through your mail. Don't worry! Our Team will be working as quick as possible for you to receive yours on time. Q: I don' have Paypal account or credit/debit card. How can I pay? Do you provide Cash-On-Delivery (COD)?
A: Unfortunately, we don't provide COD. We are in the midst of selecting agents, so that you can pay through Internet banking or cash deposit. We will let you know soon.
Q: What is the status of my order?
A: You may check your order status by logging in to your account page. When the status shows "Unfulfilled", it means that we are still working on your order.
